Terms Of Service

These terms govern every pass purchase made with REDLINE Events Ltd (trading as REDLINE). By buying a pass with us you agree to be bound by them. Read them carefully - if anything is unclear, email bookings@redline.com before you buy.

1. Who We Are

REDLINE Events Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number 14829375. Registered office: Unit 4, Silverstone Park, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8FU, United Kingdom. VAT number: 14829375 (if applicable). In these terms we refer to ourselves as "we", "us" and "our". We refer to you as "you" and "your".

2. Your Pass Purchase

Your pass is confirmed when we send you a written booking confirmation and you've paid in full (or paid your deposit, where deposits are offered). Until both have happened, we reserve the right to withdraw the price quoted or refuse the purchase.

The lead booker must be 18 or over. By buying the pass you confirm that all members of your party agree to these terms and that you have authority to accept on their behalf.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and include all elements listed in the pass description. Anything not listed is at your own cost.

Standard passes are payable in full at the time of purchase. VIP passes may be paid via a 25% deposit at purchase with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. If you buy within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to amend prices before purchase confirmation. Once your purchase is confirmed, the price is locked.

4. Insurance

Track-day insurance or equivalent motorsport cover is strongly recommended for every pass we sell. Your policy should cover circuit driving, vehicle damage, third-party liability, medical treatment, and event cancellation where possible. We may ask you to provide your policy details before the event.

We are not authorised to sell insurance and do not do so. If you don't have cover, we can recommend a partner - but the policy is between you and the insurer.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and vehicle information at purchase

  • Hold a valid full driving licence for the vehicle you intend to drive

  • Bring a vehicle that passes morning tech inspection and the circuit's noise limit

  • Wear appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes, and a suitable helmet

  • Behave reasonably and respect other drivers, our staff, marshals, and circuit staff

  • Disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at purchase

  • Follow the lawful instructions of our event staff, instructors, and circuit staff at all times

6. Driving Risk

Circuit driving is an inherently risky activity. By buying a pass with us you acknowledge:

  • You may suffer injury, illness, or vehicle damage as a result of taking part

  • Track conditions change rapidly and our staff's instructions must be followed

  • Timed sessions and advanced groups carry additional risk and require demonstrated competence

  • We may assess driver ability and may decline entry to sessions or groups we judge unsuitable

  • You must declare any pre-existing medical conditions before the event

We carry public liability insurance but you drive at your own risk. Your insurance must cover the activities you intend to undertake.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation by you and cancellation by us are governed by our Refund Policy. Read it carefully before you buy.

In summary: refunds reduce as the event approaches; if we cancel an event we offer a full refund or transfer to another round. The Refund Policy is the authoritative document and overrides any informal communication.

8. Changes by Us

We may need to make changes to the event. Most changes are minor (a different schedule, a different session format, a different instructor). We'll tell you and won't compensate for minor changes.

For significant changes - a change of venue, a change of event dates by more than 24 hours, a price increase of more than 8% - you may:

  1. Accept the change

  2. Transfer to a different REDLINE round of equivalent or higher pass tier

  3. Cancel and receive a full refund

If we cancel the event for reasons other than your fault, our Refund Policy applies. We won't be liable for additional compensation if cancellation is caused by force majeure (see section 11).

9. Timed Sessions and Championships

Timed sessions are open to pass holders who meet the briefing and tech requirements for their group. The kart shootout and timed-session championship are optional elements of the tour finale and run under our club permit.

All participants must wear appropriate protective equipment as specified by REDLINE staff and demonstrate safe driving before joining timed sessions.

Timing and eligibility decisions are final. Concerns about procedure (not timing outcome) should be raised in writing to complaints@redline.com within 7 days of the event.

We reserve the right to remove any driver from a session, the circuit, or future events for unsafe driving, abuse of staff or other drivers, or breach of these terms. No refund is due in such cases.

10. Our Liability

We accept liability for the proper performance of the event we have agreed to provide.

Our liability is limited to:

  • The cost of your pass in the case of failure to perform the contract

  • Three times the cost of your pass in the case of injury or death directly caused by our negligence

We are not liable for failures caused by you, by an unconnected third party, or by force majeure.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes (but is not limited to): war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, border closures, pandemic, natural disaster, severe weather, circuit closure, fire, strike action, and the closure of airports or venues.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong at the event, tell our event staff immediately so we can put it right. If the matter is not resolved, write to us within 28 days of the event ending at complaints@redline.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

13. Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where you live in another part of the UK in which case the courts of that jurisdiction may also apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your pass is the version in effect on the date your purchase is confirmed.
